Union Station Neighborhood Co.
FasTracks
Denver is no longer a western mining town. It is a true metropolis, and currently in the midst of the largest transportation build-out in North America.
Within the next 10-years, nearly 150-miles of commuter rail, light rail and bus rapid transit will extend north to Boulder and Longmont, south to Douglas County, east to Denver International Airport and West to Lakewood, Arvada and Golden.
To go into further detail, enlarge the color-coded rail map to your left.
GREEN represents Bus Rapid Transit
ORANGE represents Commuter Rail
DARK BLUE represents Future Light Rail
LIGHT BLUE represents Existing Light Rail.
Each color, or rail, will connect and circulate two blocks west of the historic Union Station along the 17th Street Plaza. Finally, the whole of Denver will be accessible via public transportation.
